Ruling Internally displaced people: problems and frictions in an emerging worldwide issue

Este artículo analiza las condiciones de posibilidad de la emergencia de la Persona Internamente Desplazada (PID) como un nuevo problema mundial. Mediante el seguimiento a los principales eventos que hay detrás de este problema, el artículo se concentra en la configuración de la formación discursiva misma. Metodológicamente, combina el análisis discursivo con una etnografía institucional realizada en distintas locaciones estratégicas para este nuevo problema mundial. Finalmente, se concentra en el caso colombiano analizando algunos de sus efectos secundarios relativos a la ampliación de los procesos de estatalización.
