Bertha Marlén Velásquez Burgos, María Graciela Calle Márquez and Nahyr Remolina de Cleves, who have dedicated their lives to the Academy, exercising their profession in various institutions of higher education, converge at a historical moment in which the role of the Teacher is updated with the as a Research Teacher, hence The brain: a world of possibilities for learning, which is part of the results they reach within their research process. The mentioned text comes to expand what we read at the time as «Methodological strategies facilitating the development of the total brain and its incidence in the significant learning of university students» (Velásquez et.al., 2005). Likewise, it is worth mentioning that individually, the teachers / researchers have published in the area that, in a certain way, allow us to recognize the human concerns that have guided both their academic life and their interest in providing alternatives for the dialogical process between the student and the teacher.
