This article aims to inquire into the relationship between the institution of the mythological power of law and the concept of personality, which is a properly rational element for the constitution of the person that, when passing to the realm of duty, desubjectivizes an element that can be justified by the Hegelian concept of Wirklich. The setup of the individual and their contranatural element is a fundamental hypothesis define the genealogy of the rights of personality. This work departs from the hypothesis of the effective relationship between legal personality as derived from a bibliographic review.
