Civil law can reflect the interpersonal relations most explicitly among the whole law field. The dynamics of civil law must be rooted upon the tradition culture and interpersonal habits of a certain country. The latest Civil Code promulgated in China has put the basic values of civil law and Chinese traditional culture into consideration. On one hand, the individual value and the interpersonal rules from Chinese traditional culture have been recognized through the written stipulations. On the other hand, the following four methods have been applied to synergize the culture and habits that could not be fully or directly absorbed into the law to the greatest extend: (1) only determine the guiding declarations or warranty clauses; (2) stipulated by other normative documents as its supplementary; (3) leave sufficient space for judicial practice; (4) respect the customary and custom.
