The present research had the objective to design and validate indicators of deception in non-verbal language that allows to detect deceipt from the non-verbal behavior in the criminal context. Research is content validation through expert judgement. For this purpose, 19 judges who had a minimum experience of 5 years in conducting judicial interviews or for legal purposes were selected . Non-verbal language can provide information on the presence of a lie, but training is necessary for aspects such as beliefs not to intervene and affect judicial investigations. Because of these difficulties the use of these non-verbal lying indicators have  little application and the practice of more objective evaluations in the field of psychology of testimony is suggested.
