This article analyzes, from a historical-legal perspective, the impact of ethics on human rights; Establishing that the purpose of the study of ethics is the reconstruction of modern states with the purpose of generating new paradigms and theoretical models. Instituting that human rights require professional ethics and jurisdictional impartiality when interpreting the legal norm.
