In a plural society, culturally speaking, the legal framework of diversity through an inclusive perspective is a challenge whose scale reaches the whole society. First, the reception and then the management of cultural diversity, are a social need too. In the light of the insufficiency of classic individual rights facing this challenge, concepts like “Minorities Rights” are taken as a strong alternative. Controversial and much discussed, we analyze here this category of Human Rights, as well as the contributions that contemporary authors like Kymlicka and Raz have made to this fruitful discussion, their proposals have intended to overcome all the inconvenients that these type of rights presented to the prevailing Liberal viewpoint.
