Hay una gran diferencia entre entender de derecho y saber derecho. Mientras lo primero puede satisfacerse con una comprensión memorística de códigos y normativas (siempre tambaleantes en los cambios legislativos), saber derecho es saber pensarlo. Protegido por su comprensión, los cambios legislativos no afectarán al que piensa el derecho: crítico frente a esos cambios, podrá repensarlo.
